Remote Technical Support & Diagnosis

First step to this process is to call our office and speak with a technician prior to downloading and using the remote support client. This is important as if the tech is not aware of your support needs, no one will help you. Also, it needs to be determined if remote support is needed first.

Once remote support has been determined, follow the steps for Internet Explorer or Firefox to download and run the remote client.

Instructions for using Firefox

1. Click the download button.

2. Click "Save As" and it should download to your My Documents/Downloads folder. If it asks you where to save the file, choose My Documents or your Desktop and remember where you saved the file.

3. Browse to your My Documents/Downloads folder or wherever you saved the file and double click it to run the file.

3a. If Windows gives you the following warning, choose to Run the program.

4. Inform the technician of the ID and Password the program will randomly generate.

5. Sit back and enjoy.
